Banco Ciudad announced a new online auction of properties with vacant inheritances in the City of Buenos Aires. The auction is scheduled for February 6th at 10 AM. This auction offers an excellent opportunity to acquire properties at competitive prices in some of the city's most sought-after neighborhoods.

Among the available properties are 1, 2, and 3-room apartments, a commercial space, a parking space, and a vacant land plot, located in the neighborhoods of Balvanera, San Cristóbal, Villa Crespo, Villa Urquiza, Recoleta, Caballito, Flores, Villa Lugano, and Villa Luro.

One of the auctioned apartments is a studio located in San Cristóbal at Venezuela 3288/92, with a starting price of US$17,800. There is also a three-room apartment in Flores, with a total area of 60.38 m² and a starting price of US$61,600, among other available properties.

Those interested in participating in the auction must register in advance on the official Banco Ciudad platform, subastas.bancociudad.com.ar, at least 48 business hours before the event begins. Additionally, it is necessary to make a deposit as a guarantee corresponding to a percentage of the chosen property's base value.

Payments for acquired properties are made in pesos at the official exchange rate of Banco Nación. Buyers can request possession of the property and pay off the remaining balance early after signing the purchase agreement. It is noteworthy that the funds obtained from these auctions will be allocated to the Permanent Educational Fund as established by law.
